Representative Kerry Rich Presents Community Service Grant Funding to Albertville High School

Representative Kerry Rich presented a Community Service Grant award to Albertville High School recently during a Career Tech Curriculum tour at the school.

Representative Rich is pleased to be able to present these funds to assist the Career Technical Program for Albertville Schools. Many industry leaders joined Albertville school officials for a look at career technical classes offered, future plans, and projected paths to offer students a great career in local industry. “The state and Marshall County have workforce needs. I am impressed with the strides Albertville High School is making in the area and their plans for the future. Our industry will benefit from the education the students receive while the students will receive training for good paying jobs. I am pleased to offer support to this program,” said Rich. Representative Rich presented the check to Superintendent Dr. Boyd English, Career Tech Executive Director Todd Watkins, and AHS Principal Jordan Phillips.
